How do I select items to purchase?

As you browse through the website, Incensepro.com Online Store, click on the "Add to Cart" button beneath the items that you wish to purchase. Do not forget to select the choice of options (quantity, size, color).

How do I place my order?

Once you have finished adding items to your shopping cart and are ready to complete your transaction, move your cursor to the right corner of the screen (above the item you have purchased) and click on the “Checkout” button. You will then be transferred to our secure server, please add coupon code (if you there is any). Select your preferable shipping method and click on the button "Proceed to Checkout".

How do I know what is in my shopping cart?

When browsing through incensepro.com, simply look to the top right-side of the screen to see how many items you have in your "Shopping Cart". Click on the "Shopping Cart" to see what items are there in the cart. Use the arrows to move between items in your cart.

How do I modify the quantity of a product in my shopping cart?

Click on "View Cart" to see an itemized list of the products in your shopping cart. Change the quantity of the item and click on "Update Cart" to update the content of your shopping cart.

How do I empty out my shopping cart?

To remove items from your shopping cart click on "view cart", check the "remove" box for each item that you would like to remove from your shopping cart and then click on "Update Cart".

How do I pay for my merchandise?

We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, Pay-Pal, Sezzle, Amazon Pay for online orders, subject to proper authorization. In some cases, we can bill your Airway Manual Customer Account if you have one (subject to approval). If you wish to pay by another method, simply submit your request via email without any payment information to: info@incensepro.com, and we will contact you to make arrangements for payment.

What is IncensePro return policy and who do I contact regarding returns?

All sales are final. Although we understand every situation has an exception and we love our customers and would go above and beyond to make sure they are satisfied so if for some reason you need to return an item to incensepro.com please email the details of your particular situation to: info@incensepro.com and one of our customer service representative will be in touch with you shortly. Please make sure you do contact us before we process the order. We cannot make full refund after processing the order. 

How do I know that IncensePro has received my order?

Our ordering system will automatically send you an email confirming that your order was successfully submitted. Please make sure that the email address you use while placing  the order, is correct. Upon processing, we will send you  email notification in each progress/update of the order.
