Shipping policy

We ship most orders within 1-2 business days or as noted on a product detail page.

All orders are shipped as customers’ choices. While placing the ordering customer selects the shipping method and we pursue the same shipping method as they selected.

USPS first class shipping method takes normally 3-5 business days for an order to be received. For faster shipping service customers can choose priority mail or express mail option.

Customer will receive the notification for each step of shipping and handling progress through email. Customer will also get tracking number as soon as their order has been shipped OR Customer can find their tracking number upon logging in to our website. Customer will also be notified all the progress of the order through email. All orders will be shipped from Los Angeles, CA 90038.

Orders may be received completely in the same box or may be received in different boxes. If more than one box is sent, USPS may deliver at different times.

Local Customers can select Store Pickup as the shipping option and the order can be picked up from our store at Los Angeles, CA 90038. Please write a note in the “order note” section telling us when you will be coming to pick up your order so we can have it ready for you. You may also call to confirm.

Shipping costs are automatically calculated during the checkout. We ship the order according to the customer's shipping preference. The shipping method customer will choose and the shipping charge customer pays we will ship the order accordingly.

Please specify if the address is a business or residential address accurately. Do not mark “business address” if the address is residential. Inaccurate information may delay your order processing or it may be canceled completely.
The customer is responsible for all shipping charges including Refused Shipments and fees from inaccurate shipping information.
